Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation of our service, you are permitted to do same on the website and cancellation will be effective only after confirmation from the Nexa Evergreen side and regarding notification for this effect will be sent to you.
Once you cancel our service, you do not required to make any kind of additional payment for this period and confirmation will be cancelled from our side.
In case if you are not satisfied with our product/ service, you are required to get in touch with our customer service executive and our team will make sure to delivered promised product to you.

In case if you is not satisfied with our offering, you are eligible to get refund with the 10% of deduction of the total deposit amount if you have raise request of refund within 72 hours from the time of booking. So before making any booking with us, it would be better to make sure first.
You can raise the cancellation and refund request till 60 days from the booking. Refund request after 60 days will not be entertained.
If you raise the refund request with the valid reason and required documents, your refunded amount will be deposited into your account within three business days.
If you paid the amount by credit/debit card, refund will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
